Thanks for posting this thread. I've been struggling with sugar addiction for as long as I can remember. I do best when I eliminate it especially processed foods with gluten and sugar. Another vote for working out in water. Even just walking in water or a beginners water aerobic class!!! Y's often offer them! It's takes the impact out of the joints. I started exercising in water when I was at my heaviest quiet a few years ago and it worked for me without injury!

I'm thumbs up for an anti-inflamatory diet. I avoid diary, gluten, and sugar... having very little each day. Also avoid the nightshade vegetables and I can see a big difference in how I feel. Very little joint pain. I also find that when I eat like this my blood pressure is nice and low without any medication. My doctor…
