I like fat free, sugar free pudding. Also low fat triscuits with laughing cow spreadable low fat cheese.

congrats! I am currently still in a plateau. My trainer told me to hide my scale since I weigh every day. I did, and then after a week I had gained a pound. I'm so frustrated. I don't want to give up and your story is inspiring.

I found a copy at Target for $8.00. It's tough, have some water near you when you're doing it, I really needed it.

I also have the Mirena IUD but have never lost my period completely. It's lighter but I still get it. I've had it for over 2 years and haven't noticed any change in cramping or periods. Sorry I'm not much help. Have you checked the website for insight into this stuff?
