First time doing Body Beast. Completed day 4 today. Loving it so far, especially since 40 minutes seems to go by quicker than other workouts I've done. Slightly sore on my biceps and legs. Pushing through.

When people walk and they don't pick up the feet. You're not in your house, your not wearing slippers, you're not 90 years old. Your knees work. Pick up your damn feet you're wearing out your shoes. Totally irrational.

I put them in a 3 ring binder. I have recipes separated based on salads, main dishes, soups, etc. If I find them online I print them out without all the ads and links and put it in the binder. I am 12.5% smaller than I think and a perfect hour glass. Not surprised in reality I am smaller than what I see in the mirror. My co workers commented on me looking smaller but all I saw was the me 30 pounds heavier.

I love Turbo Fire. I tried Insanity first, but realized I find dancy type of exercises better than boot camp styles. I'm on my last week. I strengthened my core. There were certain moves I couldn't do in month one, now it's no problem.
