  • Do not drink it if it makes you feel bad :happy: . I do not believe the weight loss claims of green tea but drink it as a substitute for plain water. Also, I tried several brands before I found one my stomach could handle.
  • My official weigh in is Saturday mornings before breakfast but I weigh myself at east every other day with the understanding that my weight can fluctuate 1-3 lbs day to day. I graph my weight and as long as the trend is downward and I am near my daily calorie specification then all is good.
  • Good luck, be patient and you will succeed.
  • Listen to your body, if you are feeling good then continue to do cardio daily. If you are doing resistance training you need a day between the parts of your body your are exercising as not to overwork the muscles.
