They do have a lot of sugar, but it's all natural sugar so it's definitely not as bad as cane sugar. I love Naked juice!!!!!

Coconut water, radishes, and broccoli are pretty high in potassium. Radishes especially. =)

I liked that documentary & have a juicer but hardly ever use it. I might start using it again once I get the change (it's packed away for a few months). Until then, I will continue to eat TONS of fresh veggies. :)

I don't think you're supposed to double them yourself. The spreadsheet is set up so that it doubles your miles for you.

July 16th is triple miles???????? THAT'S SO LAME! I'm going to miss it! We're leaving here the 15th & driving across the country!!!!! I guess I will just have to bring my weights & do curls in the car. lol

I would do it. It's just one pair of jeans. Just buy a pair that's on clearance or a pair from a thrift store if you're worried about wasting money. It would definitely motivate me!

Checkin' in! I'm so excited!!! I think I'm going to ride my bike every morning. It seems to be the best way for me to burn calories without getting bored. Too bad I won't be able to ride by the ocean after July 15th! :sad:

Hmmmmmmmm. I just read an article saying ACV is so acidic that it causes calcium to leach from your bones into your blood to alkalize your body, a lot like milk. Maybe I won't try this... lol
