  • Another thing is that you might see people (like me) who are so extremely overweight that a in few days exercising and eating right you lose a lot. It's not that way for most people and the weight loss REALLY slows down if you're not careful. The key is to make tons of friends and stay motivated!
  • I generally weigh myself every three or four days first thing in the morning (after I pee LOL) simply because it's so difficult for me to wait SEVEN WHOLE DAYS! I know, it sounds silly, but it really works for me. I highly recomend it to people with obsessive weighing issues! :)

  • I lost about 50 pounds last winter just by counting calories but I think I let it go because I didn't have such an amazing support system like this. I joined two days ago and I'm already down 4 pounds! My goal is to lose about 130lbs in (hopefully) the next eighteen months. Everyone add me! This site rocks!
