I pre-log, but not far in advance - I just make sure that I know the calories in what I'm eating and get it logged before I eat it. So, yeah, I sit at the table logging my food. :D

Yeeeeah... I've been there. Just the other day (for the first time in a few months)... I was at 10 mph (huge stretch for me) and bumped the stop button with my hand. :D I bounced off the front several times before I figured it out.

I like and drink the Slimfast "High Protein" pre-made shakes. (mostly chocolate) They have a better mix of nutrients, IMO. Lots of protein, very few carbs, enough fat. ^ This My daughter (9) and I are huge fans. I think the newer ones are more accessible for new fans than starting at the beginning would be. If you have Amazon Prime you have free access to a LOT of the older stories too.

It won't do anything, but it tastes pretty good diluted,IMO. When I have it, I dilute it 1 ounce to 16 ounces. As far as folk health schemes go, this one is at least harmless.
