2013 Results? 2014 goals?
How did 2013 go for you? What do you have planned for 2014? I lost 113.6 lbs with JUDDD in 2013, 9.6 pounds over my goal of 2 pounds a week. In 2014, I plan to lose my last 20-25 pounds by around June or so.
