So, I'm kind of a data geek. I track everything. I make spreadsheets, charts, etc.

I suspect that I am not the only one.

Here's my weight over the past month:

I was wondering if any of you had similar charts or spreadsheets that you would be willing to share - particularly showing your weight loss over a longer term.

I suspect that weight loss is not particularly linear - but it would be reassuring to see other's experiences.

    LOL. I don't have anything formally entered into a spreadsheet, but I greatly appreciate that you've shared your own nerdiness. I also appreciate the last figure - it's true for so many things :D

    Here is mine, taken from the Bodymedia website. It reminds me of my fat as shown in mountain. I actually have the last four years and it goes up and down, but this is just the last six months since it's been going down :)
