I did week 5 day 3 today too! I was proud of myself after the second 8 minute interval. Music helps so much.

Yeah, I'm going to try and return it because it doesn't do anything at all that I want it to do. What brand do you recommend? Which one do you have?

No, it's just the watch, and I took my heart rate many times through out my workout like the directions said. It seemed like the pulse was correct every time- it was around 170-190. I didn't see any option to enter in weight or height.

I use it in my eggs in the morning with other veggies too. And if you put it in smoothies with berries you can't really taste the spinach but it adds fiber.

I try my hardest to try new foods as often as I can, but I've never been able to deal with cottage cheese. haha. Maybe you can add fruit?
