  • Put your scale away in a place that is difficult to get to so you will not bring it out every day. Focus more on how you are feeling and weigh only once a week. You will be much happier with the results.
  • I count "mixed" water as part of my water intake. I also list the powder in my daily food diary because most of them are 10 calories per packet. Another good flavor to add to water is lemon juice - and it has no calories! Good luck on your diet!
