I take 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg. I mix in some srirachi, about 1/2 a cup of shredded carrots, 1/4 cup chopped onions and 1/4 cup chopped green, red and yellow peppers. Then I scramble them up in a frying pan (with coconut oil). The taste experience is amazing!

I try to stay under 1200 but since I burn so many exercising, I don't worry if I go over a bit.

I only drink bottled water and since each bottle holds 16 ounces, I count each bottle as 2 glasses. I just make sure to drink at least 4 bottles a day (although usually it's more like 5 or 6 bottles)

I think 28 pounds in 10 weeks is very possible. I got serious about being healthy 4 weeks ago and in that time, I've lost 15 pounds. I walk 3 - 6 miles a day and go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week. Plus I stay within the nutrition limits set by MyFitnessPal plan (most of the time. lol).
