  • I do Friday Free day, which means i am free of calories counts. But in my head I am already logging the calories in all day....LOL Since i have been eating right and working out, I really don't head for the high calorie food like i used too. Not to say I won't, but it is a great feeling to know that I am feeling better…

  • Try mixing Laughing Cow Wedges, Tuna and spices that you love...... and stuff your mushrooms with the mix, throw it in the oven for a few minutes at 350.....and VIOLA! super yummy!

  • It has been out for awhile..... bought mine about 6 months ago! Started it..... loved the work outs and her motivation. She is such a drill seargant, but man her moves do make you feel it and my body responded well to it!! Unfortunately, I stopped for 2 weeks due to foot problem and didn't go back.

  • Goodwill is a great idea..... or post on your local craigslist, clothes trading or swaps. That can at least help you out along the way until you are ready to rock your wardrobe!
