Heavy cardio and sit ups. My muffin top came off before thighs. Still working on thighs. Eating workout calories never worked for me. Wherever I sweat that is where it comes off. When in doubt I cut calories.

I do compition hills on the Nordic Track and usually use MFP. I recently downloaded "Calories burned by heart rate" app. I take my heat rate 8-10 times in 90 minutes. I take the lowest number my hart rate was and plug it into the app with my weight and height. I am learning the more you lose the less "exercise calories"…
