Are you eating enough protein? You should be eating 60-80 grams of protein a day to maintain muscle and build. You should also consume at least 20 grams post workout (within 20 mins) to help new growth. Topamax is commonly used for Bi-Polar patients. Alot of seizure medications are used.....Dilantin is a common one also. They work along the same neuro pathways. However Topamax has some nasty side effects......bad taste in mouth, forgetfullness, memory loss......

Diddo Diddo.........I am 5'8 and at my fittest.....155 lbs....I still wore a size 12. Never could I fit into a 10 NEVER! Even in highschool.... Currently if I must say I am 200 and wearing a 16. Long way to go...
