Balsamic is amazing! I love it with Roasted sweet potato or with a Sweet Potato mash, just a little bit drizzled over, heavenly!

I love soup at lunchtime, just keep a check on the calorie content, some soups can be pretty unhealthy.

Get yourself a cast iron Griddle pan. It'll give you a BBQ effect without Barbecuing. Rub some oil, salt & pepper on to your steak and cook in the screaming hot griddle pan for 3 minutes on each side. It will be lovely & charred on the outside and beautiful & tender in the middle. Delicious.
