Carbs are defiantly worse, The starch turns into sugar , then the sugar turns into fat. As long as your fiber equals the carbs it is ok though.

I am Misty I am 31 yrs old and about 125 lbs. over weight. I started using this app 2 weeks ago and have already lost 7 lbs. by just tracking calories.
