Salad greens, lean ham and Dutch cheese. Plus loads of sugar/ carb laden nonsense for hubby and kids! And a bottle of fizz for next month's weigh-in (fingers crossed!)

Chicken with vegetables and beansprouts- yum! I'm cutting out processed food as much as possible and I'm feeling much better for it. Missing carbs though- especially sugary ones! ;-)
