I too am the same height. my weight when starting was 181. i set my short goal for 170 from jan-march then another 10 from march until may just so i would not get frustrated. i did set a goal for eventually 150 but i too would love 135. when i was in my 20's 140 seemed 'fat' but of course i was only 120 lbs. i do not think…
