Face for both myself and partner. But what truly makes a person beautiful is their personality.

Everyone has their own struggles, issues, and perspectives to deal with in life. While your supports should be more understanding in some areas, I think that you have to realize it can be very upsetting for people who care about you to see things like "I'm fat, I'm fat, I'm fat" put out there in public.

I weight multiple times a day just because it is in my personality. It isn't because I think that I will see good numbers or anything and my mood is rarely influenced by what I see on my scale. It's just fun to see how much the food and water I consume weighs! :P

I'm just over 5'9" and I have a difficult time finding work out clothes as well. Being overweight AND tall is certainly a major challenge. Right now, I'm wearing my husband's XL sweatpants and a big short sleeve hoodie to the gym most days. If anyone has some clothing suggestions, that would be great! :)

I eat more than 1200 calories each day, but after excercise, my net is often below 1200 (closer to 800). Because I am so heavy, it is easy for me to hit 1000 calories during my workouts (50-55 minutes). I eat until I am full and when I was trying to get more calories into my diet, I found that I would eat junk and filler…

Hi there! I'm from Westland, Michigan as well. My husband and I bought a house and moved there just last August, but I really love the area so far. I'm 25, no kids- just two dogs! Let me know how that Buddy Program works :)

You can add me! I'm 25 years old and definitely looking for a support system! I'm new as well and I have a goal of 50lbs down by September but I have a little over 100lbs that I'd like to lose overall.

I know it's awful, but I weight myself multiple times a day! It's just out of curiosity and I don't take the numbers I see too seriously (like giving up because of not seeing an immediate change, etc) so I don't see the harm. It's totally my personality. It's funny to see the number go up and down by 8lbs in the very same…

Hi! I'm 25 years old and I've lost 100lbs in the past, but over the last 3 years, I have unfortunately gained 50lbs back. My current goal is to lose 110lbs and hopefully keep them off for good! I'm pretty new to the site, so anyone can add me. Definitely looking for some motivation! :)

I KNOW that stress causes me to gain weight, and it's not due to over eating. My body releases more cortisol and I begin holding onto weight in my midsection, which is typically my smallest area (hourglass shape). It's super frustrating, especially since I work in such a stressful field, but I try to find healthy coping…
