done mine! was hard doing things on floor cos my room is tiny! will have to kick ppl out of living room from now on it was so much harder doing the pushups and arm stuff, they killed lol hopefully itll all be worth it! keep at it ppl! :D

ive just fully cleared my room out so now i can see my floor! :D and have space to do the 30DS! doing mine in a mo and I know its gonna hurt haha I always have to open all the windows before I exercise, thats one thing Ive learnt to do now

Done mine! wasnt as hard as when I first started it last time but harder than the last time I did the DVD, can feel it in my legs sitting down afterwards, bring on tomorrow!! :D

I just logged it as circuit training :D took me a while to figure out what to put it as I want a HRM too but alas no monies :( maybe father christmas will bring me one :P

I realised that in 2 months ive lost 4 inches off my waist (pplohave been saying my waist was getting smaller ) 1 inch off my hip and 3 inches off my bust!! :D

im gonna try and do it properely, L1 10 days, L 2 10 days etc seeing as last time I gave up on it and failed. Im gonna do measurements after each 10 days, just to see how each level affects my body, ive not even seen what L 2 looks like! :/ gonna do my weigh in on normal every week so i can keep track of it :)

im not veggie but I choose to eat veggie sausages just because theyre healthier for me depends which you buy, I dont tend to like Quorn sausages because to me they don't taste right but Linda mcCartney sausages are awesome! they look and taste a bit meaty no harm in trying :P

I tend to not buy pop anymore and I take my tea milk-less and sugar/sweetener-less so I'll be fine for today :D

as long as its diet (low sugar) i dont see why not! i count it as fluid intake rather than water intake :)

I know how you feel, ive just got the sudden craving for chocolate but ive not had any in weeks! dunno if I should do sme after my zumba to see how my calories and sat fat are doing :D

it differs tbh, the first guy I dated was naturally slim but with muscles and my second guy was quite big boned and a little on the big side but it really didnt bother me, id just say as long as theyre taller than me I dont mind :)

could try googling for some/ personally I dont know any because it's so easy to just buy them from the supermarket over here haha, personally I don't like them :/

definitely not! my mate is a veggie (and a vegan for 6 months) and she ate LOADS! if anything she ate way more than I did, and she still came out to chinese buffets and restaurants with us, theres a big choice out there for veggies nowadays

I have it and it's so much fun! There's suppose to be a new one coming out soon. The 20 min routine use to kill me! I couldn't even do half of it and now I can! Deffo helps with fitness :D

I used to be one, and now I just try to eat as little meat as poss (like eat quorn, tofu and meat free sausages and chicken rather than the real stuff) but i do eat some fish like prawns and salmon

My ex broke with my cos he's going through some trouble in life and I wanted to get skinny to show him what he's missing! And now he's trying to lose weight which motivates me cos there's no way he's being skinnier than I am! :P

i used to LOVE bacon butties and stuff but now walking past cafes and sandwich shops the smell of bacon butties makes me feel a bit sick :/ i still ahve them at home but cut the fat off and use the george foreman :)

tbh you'll probably put quite a bit of the weight back on once you start eating properley again because you're body will be in starvation mode so it wont want to let go of those extra calories!
