How do you keep yourself motivated when you feel like giving

Tips to stop binging on days when i'm tired?
On days when I'm really tired, like i dont get enough sleep, I tend to just wanna eat constantly or eat bad things. Any tips to help with this (except for more sleep obv :P) I just hate how it can ruin my diet and i am NOT going off track!!

Bought some buttermilk out of curiosity as id never seen it before and was wondering if anyone knew how I could use it, like in baking or something? would it replace milk or butter in the recipe? any help greatly appreciated!!

Whenever I feel like giving up...
...if Ive had a few bad days of eating I have a look through the success stories on the forums and I start to get all motivated again by looking how far some people have come on their journeys and hopefully I can do the same and 1 day I'll be able to write my own success story, so all I want to say is..THANKS GUYS! :)

What's the cheat food you just can't resist?
Personally for me it's spring rolls! I love them, i used to go through a 12 pack in 2 sittings at uni, I still have them occassionally but now one or 2 at a time and log them :) also sausage rolls I miss so much! but now i try to go or veggie sausage rolls or low fat ones for a bit of a healthier version!
