Several groups of folks get together to support each other during a 30 day period and do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Workout Video. It's a great workout, kicks your booty in shape if you do it every day. It has 3 different workouts which you do each for 10 days.0

its a good tool, but if you fail to eat better the weight will probably not come off as fast.
also, i love love love level 1, but level 2 is much harder on the knees, so if you have joint issues i wouldnt get the movie.0 -
and you only eat shredded cabbage for 30 days...LOL Totally kidding, of course.
I'm on day 3 of 30DS and it's been great so far. It hurts to move in the mornings, but it's worth it!0 -
ive just been researching it and id never heard of it before! Downloaded it and Im gonna try and give it a go, even if i cant do the challenge it's a bit of extra exercise
im eating healthier as it is and I am losing weight but I want to tone up and get healthier too0 -
Can anyone tell me what the exercises consist of?0

It consists of strength training, cardio and abs. Jillian claims that the quickest way to burn calories is 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio, 1 minute abs and then repeating that pattern. I've only done level 1 and in the level you do a warm up and then complete that pattern 3 times followed by stretching. It's about 20 minutes of hardcore push yourself to your limits workout that should show you some great results if completed every day for 30 days straight, 10 days at each level. The strength training is things like squats and lunges incorporated with lateral raises and bicep curls, and pushups etc... card is things like jumping jacks, jump rope, punches.0
