Bevita breakfast biscuits are so nice! ive just discovered them and theyre onlt 56 cals each and comes in a box with 6 packs of 4 biscuits. i snack on them during the day aswell :)

Ive only ever been starbucks twice but I normally get a hot choc when I go, getting into tea recently so i may have to go for their no calorie tea! wonder if thats true

You can get back on the wagon! I bet everyones got off track, i did MFP and lost 2 stone then didnt do it for a yr and put it all back on, everyone gets another chance just keep positive :)

Ive had to use that too but it takes forever and then i have to try and add it all into my food diary, or if i cant be bothered I just do the quick add calories. I try and cook from scratch but its just so hard to keep track of calories

Ive started it today! Literally just did the 20 min level 1 workout and its exactly as everyone says it is! i can rly feel it in mt arms and thighs, so many times i wanted to stop but I thought I CAN DO THIS and pushed through, Im expecting to feel sore tomorrow. well done! I wish i looked that good in a bikini! my goal is to be at least able to wear a tankini because ive never worn one before due to my weight!! keep up the awesome work!

ive just been researching it and id never heard of it before! Downloaded it and Im gonna try and give it a go, even if i cant do the challenge it's a bit of extra exercise :) im eating healthier as it is and I am losing weight but I want to tone up and get healthier too :)

ive made a bet with myself that starting last fri I have to lose a stone by halloween and if i dont im not allowed to drink on the halloween night out!! thats motivation cos ive just graduated uni so still living the student lifestyle! haha

I have pasta salad for breakfast sometimes, it keeps me full for a good few hours and its healthy :)
