  • 47yo Male, 218 -> 202 in 6 weeks. I'm using 5:2 and on the 5 days I have to stay under 1200 or I put weight on, then 2 days at 550 in fast mode gives me 7-8000 cals total per week. I have a very,very sedentary lifestyle until the Cricket season starts :-)
