I started with 5 lb weights and defnitely would have gotten lighter to start if I'd known what I was getting into! Ha ha... It definitely depends on where you're starting from, but most people I know started with 3 and them moved up as they could :-)

I haven't tried this, but apparently submurging the cut avocado in cold water and then storing in an airtight container/plastic wrap/ziploc bag slows the browning process. Love avo!

I'm also impressed with the results of 30 DS... although to say I 'like' it would be a stretch! Good Morning! I saw a nutritionist for a few sessions and she suggested the following items for my weekly shopping. (I eat very little meat, so you'll notice an absense of poultry or other meats).
