Yes so not eating 1300 these days! I am eating in the NROL range, some days a bit more. Though probably not lifting heavy enough yet. HI all, how often do you train and for how long. I am just starting and wanting to get some ideas. I am lifting 5kg dumbbells is this lame I I am 5ft2 and 113lb so not big) . I dont care about weight loss now, I just want to look amazing in a bikini (my first ever) and perk my puppies....

Cake made from mix. Foul. That stuff has started to make its way over to the UK, its just the sweep ups off the floor with a whole load of additives and crap. Better off making real cake god knows what all that rubbish does to your insides.

I use them after a run and I think they help me to not ache the next day. I also do some pilates type stretches on them. But I dont think you can just stand on them and hope for a miracle, may as well sit on the washing machine, cheaper too.
