Got the same problem while I don't take fruit juice anymore, nor cereal bars, prepacked food, ... My sugar intake is higher than MFP allowances, and it comes from fruit, or dairy (one plain organic yogurt, unsweetened > 8 g of sugar, in fact lactose). Are these sugars OK, or should I try to reduce fruit and dairy ?

I have a similar problem. I use to drink tea unsweetened, and I can do without coffee. But even if I don't take any sugar in a day, the amount of sugar in my diet is still quite enormous. My goal is 1200 a day to lose 2 pounds a week. But I allow myself to take a bit more sometimes. In fact, I try to take 1200 calories, and I bind myself to 1500 (my metabolic needs at mini goal 1).
