  • This one gives me lots of energy, and my daughters even love it! 1 banana 1/3 cup frozen blueberries (sometimes I add more to make it thicker) 1/2 cup pomegranate juice 1 cup kale
  • Just wondering if you take any vitamins/supplements in the morning. Even if I eat something, I need to eat a little AFTER my pills or I feel nauseous.
