I would look at the sugar. Coffee will help keep off hunger. I have a cup of black coffee every morning with no weight gain.

I grill or bake mine at 400 degrees. I brush the salmon with EVVO, add fresh cracked pepper, Salt, and Dill. Then cook it for 10 minutes.
