I've been diagnosed with PCOS since I was 16 (and I'm 23 now) Luckily, constant birth control has helped me kind of control my symptoms, but I still find it SUPER hard to lose weight. When I was 18 I managed to lose 30 pounds in a really unhealthy way, and now I've gained back that plus another 30 :s I'm right around 210…

That's a feature. If you hold your watch up to the receiver thing on your chest, it'll show you the time.

I'm the only one in my family that doesn't like olives. I'll eat a few black olives if they're cut up in a greek salad or something, but I won't go out of my way to eat them. I used to eat a bunch when I was little, though.

If you can, start running outside instead of inside. I can run for 45 minutes straight on the treadmill, but I can barely run for three minutes outside. Right now, I'm trying to get faster on a treadmill, so I've been running for 30 minutes, but increasing my speed by .1 every day.

Since you said it's a money and time thing, I'd say go for it as a meal every now and then. I wouldn't drink it every day, because that could get really repetitive. My dad's on the road a lot, and he'll mix up one of the shakes on days where he doesn't have time to eat lunch.

Night for sure. I'm just not as hungry in the morning, and I stay up wicked late, so I'll have a snack or two after dinner. I usually work out in the afternoon, too, so the extra calories from that gives me more wiggle room at night.

I only record when I'm actually working out. So I wouldn't count the walk there or back, since walking places is just normal activity to me. And I definitely wouldn't count the time when you're not doing anything just waiting for your heart rate to go down.

I was in the middle of a terrible, terrible final.

Booze, hands down. Oh, and cheese. Booze and cheese.

I'm of the personal opinion that if you want a boob job, get a boob job. If you want a breast reduction, get a breast reduction. Once I'm done losing weight, I'll definitely consider it. The amount of time I spend a day staring at my chest and wishing it was at least proportionate to the rest of my body is kind of…

Cheez-its, pizza, and anything dark chocolate. I swear, Cheez-its are the food of the gods. I could eat half a box in one sitting.

I can only raise one eyebrow. My nose also takes a major schwing to the left. I didn't know this until I got a 360 degree scan before I got my wisdom teeth out.. Oddly enough, my dad's nose schwings to the right. I have tiny hands, too. Most bracelets fall right off of my hands, and my ring size is a 5 1/2.

I'm not a parent, but I was recently in high school. My school had a block system, so we had four 84-minute classes a semester. It really depended on the classes. For my math and science classes, I had about 15-45 minutes of homework for each every night. For english, it was usually a reading (but I read really quickly, so…

Yes, this.

bbq sauce or hot sauce & a little cayenne pepper.

I'm 5'5". In women's, I was 190ish. I don't have much for boobs, but I have a stomach, so shirts are occasionally still too snug around the stomach. I'm 170 now and I'm usually a large, but sometimes I still need an xl.

My sister has been really mean to me lately about my weight. I keep losing weight, and she's been gaining weight, so she feels the need to tell me that all of my clothes are really tight (I assure you, they're not. All of my other friends/family tell me they look great) and that I should change into something bigger or…

Seriously, this. Even if I had money, I'd still buy half my stuff from Kohl's and Target. Old Navy is also my best friend.

String Cheese Gummy Vitamins Mini Babybel Cheese Cucumber Egg Whites Onion Tomato Blueberries Skim Milk Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts I'm honestly surprised cheese isn't on the list a few more times.

There's a guy that works at the Moe's at my school, and I'm pretty sure he gets a new terribly drawn tattoo every other week. The most recent additions to his sleeve were "YOLO" in chicken scratch and a basketball.

If I"m going to be eating something I can't avoid (like a family dinner or some event), I'll plan my day ahead of time. If not, I'll usually just make healthy choices throughout the day and figure it out as I go.

I'm 20. :)

I'm 5'5"ish and started out at 201. I'm down to 169 now. I'm probably aiming in the 120-130 range because I have a small frame, but I'll only know when I get closer to my goal. I've just started hooping and am currently transitioning from running on the treadmill (which is incredibly easy) to running outside (which is way…

Do you bleed really easily? You could potentially have low platelets. Definitely check with a doctor, though.

As far as the clean food debate goes, it really depends on the person. For me, the "cleaner" (less processed food/fast food/pre-packaged snacks) I eat, the more weight I lose. For other people, it doesn't really matter. Eat whatever makes your body feel the best, and it will reward you.

I put an egg in turkey burgers last night (spinach and feta turkey burgers! they were delicious), and it definitely didn't need it. I might just use a splash of liquid egg whites when I make them next time, just so they don't fall apart.

I like the fiber one bread in multigrain or wheat. 50 calories a slice. It's a smallish slice compared to most multigrain bread, but it's definitely enough for a sandwich.

I just got a polar ft4 two days ago and it's kind of my new best friend.

The first two rules are enough to get anyone completely sloshed. My friends refer to the movie as "Labyrinth: starring David Bowie's crotch, co-starring David Bowie"

Today, I had a raspberry chobani yogurt. I make omelettes a lot, though. And oatmeal is great hot (when it's not 100 degrees out like it is right now) and also fantastic cold, but you have to make it the night before.
