I just did this. Huge burger from this wicked good brewery down the street from me. I'm just not counting today, but I'll be back to my counting tomorrow. For some reason, a treat meal tends to help my weight loss, too. Maybe it jolts my metabolism or something.

Soft-shell chicken tacos are the bestttt. Shredded chicken, diced tomato, shredded lettuce, cheese, and some hot sauce are all I need.

I eat a lot of the same things, but then again I rely on my school's dining hall for at least one meal a day. So I have a little bit of an excuse. Not like it's a bad thing, anyway.

I do wall sits, jumping jacking, crunches, lunges, planks, and squats in my room. I'm not so sure if I should keep doing the jumping jacks because I'm afraid the people under me could hear me and get annoyed, but all of the other stuff is relatively quiet and a pretty good workout. Use textbooks or other heavy and equally…

I put hot sauce on pretty much everything. Garlic salt is pretty delicious on veggies, too.

Snoop Dogg radio's actually playing for me right now. But I like Passion Pit and Say Anything radio, too.

I'm from Massachusetts, so we use pretty much every one of those northeast words. But also kitty corner and hissy fit. And you forgot wicked. I abuse the word wicked.

Turkey, mashed potatoes, broccoli, gravy, sweet potatoes, pickles and olives, breaaaaaad, and cranberry sauce from a can. And we usually have some pumpkin bread for breakfast. Thanksgiving at my house would be pretty healthy if it wasn't for all the homemade bread. Bread is totally my weakness. And all of this happens with…

I do that sometimes. As long as I'm not starving myself and my average calories come out correctly at the end of the week, I think it's okay. Or maybe even work out just a little bit longer than usual.

My doctor always told me there's no harm in having one bad thing a day. So pick one junky delicious thing every day you're there, and make good choices with the rest of your food and you should be fine. Especially since you'll be working out. But mostly, enjoy yourself!

I usually do the underarmour/shorts combo to keep my shorts from riding up.
-
I've been snacking on some dark chocolate chips. They're easy to separate into servings, small so you can slowly eat one at a time, and are really good for you.

I've got a water bottle from victoria's secret that holds four cups of water AND fits perfectly in the massive water bottle holder on my treadmill. I've gotten used to drinking one of those a day, and then one tall glass of water at every meal, so I get all of my 8+ cups in.

This happened to me before. My weight didn't budge for weeks, and then I had a few days where I hardly worked out and ate just under maintenance, and I lost a pound. I guess it just kicked my metabolism back to its usual self.

I really love carrot and celery sticks with either a little bit of peanut butter or a greek dip. Deli meat roll-ups are really good, too, but they can be really high in salt. If you wanted, you could buy a really cute bento lunch box and fill it up with fruits, veggies, a sandwich, salad, some nuts, or other little things…

I count the time running and time walking and log them separately.

My friend and her sister are Rosemarie Frances and Frances Rosmarie. It's a little confusing sometimes.

I weigh myself every morning, but I only actually count my friday weigh-ins. I think weighing every day just keeps me more accountable. I used to weigh myself like 10 times a day, but I've gotten it down to once a day.
-
I do egg whites and the little babybel rounds with some turkey bacon. So good!

Does it let you input your weight and age? If it does, go by the machine. If my machine tells me I've burned a lot more than mfp, I usually go by mfp because I'd rather underestimate than overestimate my exercise calories. But a heart rate monitor's really the only way to tell.

I'm 5'5", 180, 14/16 pants, but I'd say I'm pretty disproportionate. All of my weight's in my hips and stomach.

That was me when I went to Disney. I just managed to lose the weight I gained from that trip. D: Unfortunately, it's a bit harder to avoid that kind of stuff there than it is at a beach house. My family usually stays at a house at the beach for a week each summer, and at the beginning of the trip, we all go to the grocery…

Muscle does weight more than fat. If you were to measure equal volumes of muscle and fat, the muscle would weigh more.

I do this during the year so I can grab a quick snack to bring to class with me! It's so useful.

Just as they're not controlling your life, you're going to have to not control theirs. Sure, their choices may not match well with yours, but it's your body you're worried about, not theirs.

I weigh in every morning, even though you're not supposed to, but I only count it on Fridays. I feel like weighing in daily keeps me on track.

I just got a bucket of cucumbers myself. I love quartering cucumber slices with some fresh grated parmesean and italian dressing. You could also cut some pitas up like a pie, put a little bit of dill dip on top of that, and put a cucumber on top of that. Super delicious cucumber sandwiches.

I've been on my phone for the most part, too. I've seen the community before, but I've never used it. I probably should have, because it's totally helpful. Haha soooo many friend requests right now. Hi, everyone!

This was me today as well. Good job!
