  • I make a yummy green smoothie too, maybe you can try it if you want a little change. Ingredients as follows: 1-1.5 cups spinach 2 bananas 3 tbsp. fat free greek yoghurt 2 tsp. cinnamon ice and a bit of water Optional additions: Protein powder handful of oats Happy tasting!!! I'll try the recipes that I see here as well.
