Hello Everyone. I'm Annette and have just started using My fitness Pal again and also thought I would give the Keto lifestyle a try. I have seen many people have wonderful success with it. I am looking forward to the challenge and getting any advise I can get. Thanks.

You look amazing. I just started Zumba and love it. I needed something that keeps me motivated, so checked with a local gym and they just started another challenge and she also does Zumba 4 times a week. You give me hope. Thanks for sharing.
