I used to work at a vitamin store and would just push to sell things that I made the biggest commission off of. Didn't matter if the product worked, it was more money in my pocket. I can guarantee that's what the folks at GNC are doing, too.

I like them both for different reasons. I like the treadmill for running… that's pretty much it. I like the elliptical if I'm not in the mood to straight run. I usually put it on the highest resistance and walk. It's a good burn in my legs.

This is what I do as well. Sometimes I wear 2 sports bras and then a sport shirt with a built in bra. That way my boobs hardly go anywhere! It's so hard to run, jump, whatever with so much movement. Not to mention it's painful.

Step on the scale. Just keep the knowledge that your TOM is soon and don't let whatever weight is on there get you down. I used to get on the scale daily, just because I enjoyed seeing how my weight fluctuates. It also helped me accurately tell what I weighed.

For me, I'm aiming for 135-140. I was fairly happy at 145 and looked pretty good (Pant size 8/10.. I've always had big hips/thighs). I would even be good with a toned 145! I'm currently 195.. so I've got a ways to go!
