-
this looks like a tough challenge, think i'll start on monday looks good though

invest in digital scales, i weigh everything, i thought it was a bit excessive at first but it keeps everything 99% accurate and helps keep track of everything, best investment i've made so far :)

1000% Counting your calories counts, but not only that it completely changes your attitude to food, i'ts ruined pringles for me with like 1000 calories in a tube and we all know once you pop....it's game over :) i used to think the same about it thinking it was a bit tedious but it has changed my style of eating, cooking…

Couldn't agree more, let you're body get used to a change of eating habits then gradually bring exercise into a routine, i made the mistake when i tried to do it all at once and sicken myself with it. Also i don't know if it's possible for you but swimming is a fantastic exercise for weight loss, good luck with it though :)

I Started 20th Jan 2013 with mine but fell off the wagon so to speak about May'ish with exam stress and birthdays, but well back on track still to lose another 20lbs, But remember everyone is different some quicker and some slower, as long as you stay focused you'll achieve your goal :)

80lbs is what i'm trying to lose been at it since jan this year and just hit 49lbs off getting there :) but i cannot believe the difference in you, fantastic you must be soo proud well done !!
-
I've to lose 80lbs to get to my supposed ideal weight but it's only now people are really starting to notice after losing 49lbs but i found buying clothes that fit began to show a difference. It's a slow progress and sometimes hard but it's soo worth it to get that praise from people when they notice. Keep it up!!
