Keep at it . I'm 58, back again after 2 years. I'm down 13 pounds after 6 weeks. Any info you could share about filling snacks that stay with you would be appreciated. I drink water, eat oatmeal and have tried protein drinks with Almond milk . You ?

This program works for me and it is easy to be accountable. My wife is much younger than me and I have a 6 year old. They both keep me busy. I'm now finding that I am having trouble using all of the calories available each day. Good Luck!

started jan. 1st, only doubted my self once. now i am usd to eating within the limits. lost over 13 pounds so far and raisded my goals! cool thing is it automatically reduced my calories

nice work, I had a business lunch today and consumed about 900 calories did not totally resist....... but I hit a personal best of 2 miles in 35 minutes on the treadmill when I got home. so all is good.!

Congrats! I started this weight loss effort last week. My dad also passed this past year from lung problems, and I quit smoking the 1st of the year. No motive except to ask for support, I have to do what I have to do. Bigdogdrivers, Do you want to stay in touch?
