I am 7p to 7a and have the same struggle. It is so odd to eat at 1 am for me, I was just bringing snacks but then i was starving and it obviously isnt working for me. I gained weight since working that shift. I am following this thread so I can get some great ideas. Thanks for posting it!

I am 40 and work 12 hr night shift and since starting that shift have put on about 20 lbs. I was already overweight so this didnt help. I lost weight doing the no/low carb but I can't keep it off. I am trying to get back on track and it is so difficult. I have started going to the gym but struggle with my hours for eating.

Is it hard to do both? I have trouble logging once let alone twice. :)
