Legs, legs, gotta love 'em. I mean I love working them out. Its amazing how God knit our bodies together and how strong we can be. I work out my legs once a week. My routine is cardio for 40 minutes, then every machine that has to do with legs, i do. I do 3 sets of 8. If i can get through more than 8, i up the weight. Plus…

No surgery here.... With cardio, I also weight train. You could say I'm addicted, lol. Eat lean, build muscle, plus cardio.... you can do it!!!
