  • Lower fix was great today. It seemed to hurt more, lots of leg shaking, but I think it's because I was actually able to go deeper into some of the moves.   • I use the containers to carry for fruit and dressing, but when I'm mixing a number of containers (like for salad) I put that in a ziplock container, so it just looks like a salad. @venuila count me in for Cize too! The former dancer in me can't wait.

  • I lost 3 inches the first week, but my weight has stayed pretty much the same. All I know is that my work clothes fit better and I'm rewarding myself with some new jeans for Vegas. Hang in there!
