You have to find absolute zero on your scale and should weigh on a hard surface. Every time you move the scale, it has to be set back to "absolute zero". Google the brand to see if they have instructions on how to do it. Also try weighing at the same time to get the most consistent results

I have them. They really increase body temp and sweat! I just got my heart rate monitor so don't know about calorie boosts. If you're interested, keep an eye on groupon. I got mine for $26.

I went from 1200 to 1904. This is the beginning of my first full week, but already lost a pound since Fri when I hadn't gained or lost an ounce in almost 2 weeks. I'm using my TDEE minus 20%

Try increasing your calories. Same happened to me for a couple weeks. Increased and lost a pound within 3 days. It helps to pick up your metabolism

I just started with lean shakes from gnc. Not 550 cals but much less labor intensive. I'm looking to incorporate them 2-3 times a day

You can use emeals. I don't remember the annual cost - maybe $26. They plan your dinners for an entire year. They've got a paleo menu. Good luck!
