Good Morning everyone! Pilates are done. Question for everyone, this is my first round and was wondering did/does everyone weigh themselves daily or do you wait until the end of the 21 days?

D3/R1 My legs are still shaking after 30 of doing 21DF Lower Body and my abs are killing me. This makes me happy. It feels so good. I never thought I would say that. Have a great day everyone.

Today is my day 1. I started a few weeks ago got to day 4 and got shingles so I had to stop for a bit but I am back at it. My legs and abs are shaking from this mornings workout. Have a great day.

D1/R1 I got up at 5am and did it. Those surrenders are awful. Thank goodness for the modifier. Did anyone start with the modifier? How long did it take you to stop following Cat?

Started Day 1 of 21df today. The Total Body Cardio kicked my butt. I do have a question, I put all my food into MFP diary and the calories came to 1112. I'm concerned that I didn't eat enough to fuel my body but I have been full all day. Any suggestions?

I have had my Misfit Shine since August and I love it. I did noticed once I put it in a zippered pocket wristband and wore it around my ankle it has a more accurate reading. I feel for you on the food allergies. I am allergic to scallops, black pepper, dairy, almonds and a bunch of others that I can't combine certain things or I get horrible acid reflux (like lettuce, beef, onions, rice and oats). Hi I have back issues too and have had a spinal fusion surgery and the only thing that works for me is workouts on an exercise ball and form roll. The form roller helps my back so much. You can google it for workouts.
