I have done 21DF and the containers and I have also done Weight Watchers. I lost only 5 pounds on WW but I have lost 35 in 8 months using the containers and 21DF. I really do love them. I just fill the containers and do not have to weight my food. I even set up my food diary on MFP to be able to log my food that way. When…

Thanks everyone for your comments. I just finished Pilates Fix and boy do I hate that one. I don't know what it is but it kicks my butt everytime. Hi! Just checking in. My workout was 21DF Upper (3rd round) and T25 speed 1.0 (first round). OH MY! T25 is so intense. I had trouble working and bending down today. I can't imagine what tomorrow will feel like.

Hi everyone! I haven't checked in since last week but I am starting round two today with two friends. I did round one with no weights so I went out this weekend and picked up 2 five pounders. Boy! was it harder. I was dripping. Not looking forward to Upper Fix. I hope everyone had a great day.

Wow! Everyone those are great results! Great job. I just finished my 1st round and I am down 7 pounds and 16 inches. I love this program. It is working for me. No one is awake to take my after photos so I will add them tomorrow.

Good Morning. It was a tough one to push play this morning but I did. Lower Fix was hard and I bet I won't be able to sit or get up later. Deep down I love that feeling because I know I pushed myself just a little bit more. Have a great day!

@dkwi04 Great job! I have a question for everyone since I am a newbie. I see many of you posting about doing more than just the 21 Day Fix workouts. Are you purchasing each dvd or are you doing the membership of $2.99 a week? Just curious.

D5/R1 - Cardio is done. This was very hard to get through. I hate burpees. I have never done them before and needless to say I only did 4 in 60 seconds. I'm doing my first 5K tomorrow and I was thinking of skipping Dirty 30 tomorrow. My question is on Monday should I go right to Yoga or do the Dirty 30. Any suggestion…
