So I am getting the new Hammer And Chisel workout. I am excited about this. It comes with these containers for eating. I am good at counting, measuring and weighing my food. I just thought since I am struggling on weekends lately this my peek my interest. Im in that phase of weight loss where I have 10 pounds to go and I am stuck because I am comfy where I am. Anyhow I would love people thoughts and opinions on if they have tried this if it is worth my time. I thought it would be great to do for three weeks then go back to counting and do it whenever I need extreme focus again.

    I have done 21DF and the containers and I have also done Weight Watchers. I lost only 5 pounds on WW but I have lost 35 in 8 months using the containers and 21DF. I really do love them. I just fill the containers and do not have to weight my food. I even set up my food diary on MFP to be able to log my food that way. When are you starting H&C? I am starting it on Jan 4th. Let me know if you would like a friend to do it with.
