Off to a poor start due to sinus infection AND a migraine. Hoping to make up for it over the next week so that monthly total still works out! Day 5 30 minutes intense weight lifting - 200 cal 20 minutes of aerobics/punching the punching bag - 103 cal 45 minutes of spinning - 390 cal TOTAL = 693 2807 to go
