I've lost 13lbs in 100 days....Fitbit made me aware of how much I didn't move...and now I move a lot more!

I drink 20oz before lunch, 20 during lunch (then pee), then 10 the rest of the day. When I go home I drink another 20. I have become very good at holding my bladder....and when I go to the bathroom, it's FABULOUS! Hahaha.

Do you eat back calories you've earned from your steps?

Yes, I use a food scale. I literally measure everything that I eat. I also have a fitbit that I use to track steps. Based on what you've all said, I should not eat everything back :) Thanks for the advice :)

I sometimes do this too. Honestly, when I started my depression meds it really helped. I do it every now and then still, but my meds have helped.

I feel the same way when I run at the gym - my butt bounces a lot! But, skinny people can piss off! :)

I sometimes wish I could be anorexic....it would be so much easier than dieting. But, I like food too much, so the anorexia thing won't work.

I'd starve too at 1000 calories! If you are exercising, you should eat more. I am set at 1200, but usually eat around 1500. I was hungry at first, but after a month I've become more accustom to 1200-1500 calories. Be safe and healthy! Don't starve yourself.
