Just keep trying. Do you do weights and HIIT work outs. Have you ever tried Jillian Michaels work outs. I add them to my week when I can't get to the gym. Also do you have a food plan? Keep an honest track if your food fir a week. See your doctor to get help with addiction part. Use non food items as rewards...list five lbs go fir manicure or list 10 lbs buy a new gym out fit. That is awesome...I'd love to be a size 6 again. : ) I'd even be fine with being a size 8 by my wedding but a 6 by my honey moon. (Don't know if I personally would be able to be a four ). That's awesome. Congrats.

This would be awesome. I'm getting married in the fall and my dress I ordered will be ready for April. It fits but if I have to pay to have it taken in...well I don't mind spending money for that...or even if it doesn't need taking in but I just look better in it I'll be very happy. Congrats. YOu look healthier and younger. You should go do what they do on that show biggest loser and get a great hair style and make over kind of thing. Keep motivated. You deserve to spoil yourself. Your skin looks awesome and you took years off yourself.

I was surprised when playing WII fit last year to hear OBESE. I am almost at the point of over weight. Step by step making it back to the old me. That's awesome. I always thought obese was being like over 200's but then I'm 5'4ish so I'm not that tall.

I have tried with a trainer but didn't seem to work for me but I did get stronger. I am getting married in the fall. I hope to be a success story too. Anyone who what's to add me feel free and we can motivate each other.
