You can do it! I've been there, two weeks ago marked my day one of who knows how many times. I'd diet and fall off of it again and again for the past 3 years. But it's based on your mindset. Coco butter works for stretch marks, which is what I plan on using once I get to my goal weight. It softens them. You can do it! Feel free to add me. I've been there, especially with junk food temptations. It gets easier to log over time, it's a habit for me. Best of luck! :)

You should eat way more. Your body generally needs 1500 calories a day, fewer than that can trigger starvation mode. Instead of eating up your fat stores, your body holds onto them. You don't lose weight and any weight you do lose, you're more likely to gain back. Your best bet is to eat healthy and exercise. Otherwise…
