For me personally I prefer to eat afterwards, simply because i make better choices in what i choose to eat. Something about doing all that hard work that makes it impossible to eat horrible and take steps back afterward...lol..But I don't think there's a right or wrong answer just what ever keeps you focused on your goal.…

I never thought about coconut milk but that sounds like it would be delicious! I had to keep coffee involved in my diet, it's the only way to have the energy to chase a 2 year old at 6 in the am..lol..but the creamer was killing me, so i will be trying the coconut milk!

Love This! We haven't had a big problem with fast food being that we live on a Native American Reservation, however when we do "indulge" I get sick.
