  • Flute/piccolo here. I did marching and concert bands in high school and college, and orchestra, state band, pit orchestra, and solo & ensemble in high school. Yeah, I was a super band nerd. RIP George Parks :cry: I was never in DMA (I did different programs at the same camp), but I met him. He was amazing.
  • That's a great personal challenge! I think of it this way: even if you don't tell MFP that you had a snack, your body knows. You're only cheating yourself. It's impossible to lie to your body, so you might as well just log the food, as painful as it may be.
